Music and Leadership: Bringing Music Therapy Elements to Leadership

Music therapy is a goal-oriented, individualized therapy that enhances quality of life using music and musical elements as a tool to create a therapeutic change. While the therapy is at times viewed as complimentary, or even a luxury to offer residents, it is evidence-based and contains many elements that can easily apply to management and help leaders become more effective and engaging.
